The price is the name.

Looking for the absolute cheapest registered agent? Everything here is nineteen dollars.

We promise nothing. We offer nothing. At $19 a year, every item on every shelf is the same price, and every shelf is empty.

Everything is nineteen dollars.

$19 / year

$19 a year. Price never increases. It never rounds, either.

The other aisles

We beat any competitor's price.* Everything is nineteen.

Twelve other outfits sell the same nothing at eleven different prices. One of them copied ours to the dollar. We walked every aisle so you can stay in this one.

YOLO Registered Agents charges $5 and calls it the premium bargain. Premium is not a word we stock. Bargain is the only word we stock, and it costs nineteen dollars.

YOLO Registered Agent charges $2.50. That is not a price, it is a coupon. We do not take coupons.

Tree Fiddy Registered Agents charges $3.50 and made the half dollar the whole brand. Our tags are whole numbers. One of them.

IDGAF Registered Agents charges $1. That is the bin by the door. Everything in it is a dollar and none of it is a registered agent either.

IDGAF Agents charges $24 and dropped a word from its name to fit the price on the tag. We kept every word and kept every dollar under twenty.

Mid Registered Agents charges $37 and calls that adequate. It is the top shelf. Nobody can reach it, and there is nothing on it.

Mid Registered Agent charges $27, or whatever. Its words, not ours. We say nineteen, and we say it in lights.

Dogwater Registered Agents charges $17, two dollars under us, and named itself after what is left in the bowl. We named ourselves after the price. One of those is a brand.

Dogwater Registered Agent charges $7 and is proud of being the bowl. Seven is a fine number. It is not nineteen.

Mid Wyoming Agents charges $22 and lists one state, not all of it. We are on the tag in fifty states and DC, doing nothing in every one of them, for three dollars less.

Mid Wyoming Agent charges $12 for one state, part time. Ours is the same nothing in every state for seven dollars more, and the seven dollars pays for the sign.

19 Registered Agent charges $19. Same price, same name minus one letter, same empty shelf. It is the clearance copy of this store. Clearance from what, it has not said.

Past those, the outfits that keep things on their shelves. Their prices, and how many years of nineteen each one would buy.

* Applies to legitimate, recognized registered agent services whose published terms commit them to nothing. It does not apply to offers that promise to staff an office during business hours, forward service of process the day it arrives, keep the appointment in force from year to year, or stand behind any of it. The comparison is to our own price, which we will beat by any amount we choose, including zero. We decide in good faith whether an offer qualifies. To date none has.

More bargains, same aisle

Cost is the only consideration. Everything below is priced the way we price things: low, bright, and without the part that made it work.

01

Annual report, marked down to zero

In Virginia, the annual report is $50 a year for an LLC and $100 for a corporation. That is money you could be saving by not filing it. Not filing it is the only item in this store cheaper than nineteen.

EVERYTHING MUST GO! (INCLUDING THE ANNUAL REPORT)

If the price tag is the only thing you read, ask yourself why the state gets a payment from you every year for a report nobody frames.

The state has a price tag of its own for that. It reads administrative dissolution, and the reinstatement fee is printed underneath in a larger font. Your state's page quotes the statute and the amount.

Fifty states and DC, all nineteen dollars

Each state page quotes the registered agent statute we ignore, then what the state does about it, then the annual charge you could also skip. It is the most statute you will get for nineteen dollars anywhere.
