Florida makes every corporation and LLC keep a registered agent at a street address inside the state, and it wrote down what that agent has to do. The writing is quoted below. Our contribution to it is a price tag.

Florida keeps its fallback rule for serving a company with no working agent in another part of the code. We did not walk that far.
